Here are just a few of the ways we protect our employees, customers, and the environment in every community we serve:

 

We use water-based paint versus solvent-based paint for significant reductions in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Hazardous Air Pollutants. To reduce energy usage, we use fast-dry paint products and infra-red/UV-B lights to cure paint and shorten the duration of the spray booths bake cycles.  Our vacuum-assist sanding removes over 90% of the dust from today's sanding and finishing processes.

We utilize High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) equipment for maximum coating application efficiency. Excess paint and thinner is always recycled. Residue is washed off with a water-based gun cleaner to eliminate fumes and eliminate solvent-based thinner use.

Elite Collision Center recycles all sheet metal, cardboard and plastic bumper body parts. Our center utilizes the latest spray booth technology, enabling the capture of 98% of all paint particulates during both the spray and bake cycles. Our technicians are ASE Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Certified to exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements for refrigerant recovery and recycling. Our painters are provided with Grade D breathable, air-supplied respirators to ensure the safest possible work environment.

The paint system that we utilize is constantly upgraded to always be the best technology available to ensure that each vehicle's repaired finish matches the existing factory paint. We match your car’s finish in our paint mixing area. After selecting the correct color, we then prepare your vehicle for paint by sanding and applying primer and sealer. After painting and applying clear coat, your vehicle is baked to give the paint durability and a high gloss that will last for the life of your vehicle. Your vehicle's paint is then inspected and buffed to meet our quality standards.
